Project Summary

Implementing electrodialysis wine stabilization instead of traditional cold stabilization is demonstrated to show electrical energy and demand savings. This Project was done on 18,500 gallon of Pinot Grigio in two uninsulated tanks. Results indicated 99% (26,700 kWh) electrcity savings and 80% (19kW) demand savings. Also, approximately 3,000 gallons of water was consumed using electrodialysis. For more information, please contact the sponsoring organization.
