Description

Weather-based algorithms (WBA) for smart thermostats combine compatible thermostats with detailed weather data, rate information, and analytics-informed behavioral techniques to optimize existing customer thermostat set points for EE while maintaining occupant comfort. The goal of this study is to conduct a field study for 1,250 residential homes with a WBA solution.
