Description
This project tested performance characteristics of pressure regulating valves and pressure compensating emitters from a variety of manufacturers. In addition to the research, the Consultant coordinated the implementation of these low-pressure components on a commercial agriculture operation and monitored their performance throughout a season. Data collected from the field installation was used to demonstrate the benefit to the grower and electrical utility through a cost/benefit analysis.
