Project Summary:

The Dimmable Stairwell Lighting Case Study will determine the energy usage and cost impacts of a retrofit stairwell lighting project at the Fillmore Center in San Francisco. This project will 1) calculate the pre-install energy usage, 2) calculate post-install energy usage, 3) assess impacts on building occupants and visitors, and 4) evaluate the impact of local building or fire codes on installation.
