Description
SCE research has been to pursue various research and technology assessments to garner insight on EE opportunities and the reduction of potential GRID impacts related to the growing markets of Indoor Horticulture/Agriculture.  The project will access that all technologies within an indoor cannabis facility should be approached as a single integrated system. A system inclusive of Lighting, HVAC, Dehumidification, water conditioning and irrigation exhibiting the necessity of a control, energy management system to reduce the effects or impacts on production yields due to the operation of one technology over another.

The project accessed that all technologies within an indoor cannabis facility should be approached as a single integrated system. A system inclusive of Lighting, HVAC, Dehumidification, water conditioning and irrigation exhibiting the necessity of a control, energy management system to reduce the effects or impacts on production yields due to the operation of one technology over another. The technologies mentioned within this project have existing energy efficiency measures that are further supported by Title 24 standards.
