Project Summary

Office of the Future (OTF) is a multi-utility sponsored effort developed by the Office of the Future Consortium to create a more responsive and responsible office environment that better serves tenant/occupant energy needs while reducing energy costs, enhancing property values, and delivering a reduced carbon footprint. This document describes the five phases of the OTF project that must be followed when an OTF project is performed. The five phases of any OTF project must include the following: 1.  Project Review and Partner Coordination 2.  Office Space Design 3.  Pre-Construction 4.  Construction with Coordinated Measurement & Verification Periods 5.  Post-Construction.
