Description
This study will investigate the evolution and development in Life Cycle Costing techniques and their adoption in various intelligent building investments; what is the actual adoption rate of this methodology and what should be done to mitigate roadblocks in LCC adoption. This study will also analyze key influencing factors and redundancies; Issues in integrating the stakeholder decision making process; present and potential training and coaching initiatives; define value justification for intelligent buildings using LCC.
