Description
This project investigated the technological and business barriers to EE upgrades at a specific multi-tenant light commercial site. While the project focused on this specific site, lessons learned from this project are intended to be a case study with implications for the broader Multi-Tenant Light Commercial (MTLC) sector in the state. Additionally, this study aimed to identify ways in which PG&E EE programs could be augmented to better serve the MTLC sector. Barriers to integrating EE into these types of retail environments were identified along with possible solutions.
