The main objective of this project is to evaluate how well the Honda Smart Home achieves the design goals of reaching zero net energy (ZNE) performance while providing a high level of service to occupants.  The project compares modeled energy use estimates to actual energy use.  Key takeaways applicable to ZNE projects are identified.
