Incorporating Demand Response (DR) capability at the building design stage not only optimizes the equipment and control system and increases the building operation effectiveness; it also avoids costs associated with retrofitting and implementing DR. This guide is aimed at providing information and assistance for LEED projects to participate in DR and Auto-DR programs and assist these projects to achieve the LEED DR pilot credit.
