This project is a paper study using computer (AGI-32) analysis of 4 exterior open lot (standard State of CA per CEC) lit (using baseline and new best practice best design) to IESNA and CA T24 standards; also analyzed with the National Model Lighting (MLO) and Dark Skies Criteria.
