Project Number DR17SDGE0002 Organization PG&E, SCE, SDG&E End-use Other Sector Commercial Project Year(s) 2017 - 2019
Description

The main objective of this study is to increase automated demand response market penetration of SMB customers by expanding SMB eligible measures, adding additional facility types, and increasing customer and vendor awareness of the program where applicable.

This project includes interviewing past program participants, proposing a streamlined model for the various IOU offerings, along with researching and addressing any barriers the customer may have with respect to program participation. A roadmap for 2018 and beyond will be laid out, which focuses around the needs of SMBs, as all SMBs will be defaulted to Critical Peak Pricing in 2018.
