Evaluation of Ducts in Conditioned Space for New California Homes

A field evaluation that collects energy savings, incremental costs, feasibility, conflict with other building practices for one of the measures under consideration for the 2016 T-24 standards: Ducts in Conditioned Space.  Key problems solved: example moderate cost methods of achieving objectives, identifying and avoiding unintended consequences, reliable estimate of savings.
