Description
The goal of this study was a quantitative analysis researching the known penetration of energy management systems (EMS) for existing commercial buildings in PG&E territory and a snapshot of the Energy Management and Information Systems (EMIS) technologies currently available. HMG used the Commercial End Use Survey (CEUS) and CoStar commercial real estate databases to determine the penetration and associated energy use that is controlled by EMS systems within the PG&E service territory.
