Description

This study was conducted to understand the qualitative barriers to adoption for Energy Management Systems (EMS) technology for PG&E customers.  The focus groups captured the perspectives that PG&Es medium and larger commercial and industrial customers hold in terms of adopting or upgrading existing EMS in their facilities with a view toward better understanding the different issues around technology adoption for EMS, and segment this analysis by business segment and customer type.
