3rd Party PCT Study

This is a field study evaluating the potential of leveraging the existing installed base of internet-controlled programmable communicating thermostats (PCTs), from third parties including thermostat manufacturers, security companies, and cable providers. This study includes the roll out of a common event communication protocol OpenADR 2.0 with participating vendors.
